Subject to availability a direct substitute of a product as supplied by the manufacturer may be made if the product is superseeded. Our Telesales Office will be in contact with you to confirm the following purchases.
Upon confirmation of your order via a telephone call from our Telesales, we will process the order and have is delivered to you along with the invoice.
We offer next business day delivery as standard for most of our products but you may nominate a specific delivery day. Simply mentioned it in the customer comments box or to our Telesales when the call you for order confirmation. Our deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
All our deliveries are made to Klang Valley. We require a signature and company chop so please ensure someone is available at the delivery location. Delivery to other areas outside Klang Valley and items with substantial weight to an upstairs location are subject to delivery charges. We will notify you if this applies to your order, and will only proceed with your approval.
We aim to deliver your order the next business day providing it is processed before 5.30pm, however, some furniture, safes, custom made and some bespoke items can take a longer time.
